Episode 3 - Two Hats for the Holidays
Episode 3 features two easy, quick-to-knit patterns that will be great for gift knitting, donation knitting, or just for keeping cozy! Something I forgot to mention - when sewing a seam on a project where the cuff is turned up, like the simple hat, it's easiest to start sewing the seam on the wrong side, from the crown down to the top of the cuff, then turn the hat inside out and finish sewing down to the bottom of the cuff. That way when you turn up the cuff, the cuff seam will not be visible. These are the little dowels I was trying to find for the pompon demo. They are 2" by 3/8". Very handy - from the craft store.
